About DWHS

The Danish Wound Healing Society (DWHS) was established in 1992 as the first wound care society in Scandinavia. It has about 1,000 members, mainly nurses, doctors and therapists in health care. Amongst other DWHS strives to increase the knowledge about wound care and to establish wound care as a separate discipline or expert area in the Danish health care system.
